How to spend less time on social media and not get distracted by it





  As important and very attached to us in this century as social media is, it is very necessary not to allow ourselves get consumed by it.

  Because if allowed, it can also be a huge form of distraction if not used wisely 


   Below are steps on how to spend less time on social media and not get distracted by it 


A.  Do more of the things you do for yourself and your own personal wellbeing not for the acknowledgement of others


B. Have a daily schedule on when to visit social media (it might be one week on/one week off on, one day on/one day off or if daily, then it should be timed...maybe three to four hours maximum each day)


C. Occupy your mind with other positive good things ( spend time in prayer and study the Bible, read good books, watch good movies, attend self development seminars)


D. Don’t be fooled by everyone and everything you see on social media...not everyone have their lives perfectly figured out.....

Quit comparing yourself with others...funny thing is not everyone even have a clue what they’re doing (so don’t ever feel everyone else is better than you😉)
