Steps in cooking
—in a clean dry pot, heat up the palm oil, then add the chopped okra and stir for five minutes until it softens
—add the little water from the cooked meat and fish ...add ground crayfish, pepper, maggi cube and dried fish (don’t include the precooked or smoked fish yet...so it doesn’t get over cook and break into pieces)
Cover pot and allow to cook for another four to five minutes
